Human resource accounting is the procedure to recognize and report the investments made in the Human Resources of an Organization that are currently not accounted for in the conventional accounting practices.

अलिकडे महानगरांच्या वाढीमुळे अनेक समस्या निर्माण झाल्या आहेत.वाढत्या शहमुरांळे खेडी नष्ट होत चालली आहेत.शहरे आणि शहरी संस्कृतीची वाढ होत चालल्यामुळे कृषीसंस्कृतीवर आक्रमण झाले आहे.

महात्मा गांधीच्या आगमनाने स्वातंत्र्य चळवळीला एक नवचैतन्य प्राप्त झाले. स्वातंत्र्य चळवळ शहरातून ग्रामीण भागापर्यंत पोहोचली. लोकसहभाग वाढत गेला. बंदिस्त अधिवेषन, कामकाज करणारी कॅाग्रेस चळवळ ही परिषदा, मोर्चे माध्समातून रस्त्यावर दिसू लागली.
